Hello!  
I have had my monstera here for about 5 months and has made good progress and growth. The newest leaf has stalled progress for some reason and won’t fully stiffen up. I noticed some mealy bugs about 2 weeks ago and treated the soil, however, the older leaves have started to yellow and fall off.

Not sure if I should repot at this time in the season or just wait it out till spring. If anyone knows why this is happening or any solutions that would be great!! :)

I would leave it for now just to reduce stress. Keep an eye out for pests
