why is my alocasia and monstersdying like this? They are in a mini greenhouse with about 75% humidity and a close grow light.

You said the light was close? Maybe move the light a little further away or decrease its brightness? I’m no professional at all, but I have accidentally harmed plants by putting the light too close because the light also gives off heat. Just a suggestion!

The picture on the left, the bottom on the leaf looks possibly burned and/or dried out.
