Hello,  
Somethings been eating my night blooming jasmine (along with my basil and peppers). I’ve sprayed it with neem oil but the problem persists. Any suggestions on what it may be/what to do? Thanks!

It sort of looks like grasshoppers or something of the same family as shown in the picture I attached. Honestly, I had no solutions on how to get them to stop. I had to throw away my sunflower because they demolished it.
