THE LITTLE WHITE DOTS ARE BENEFICIAL INSECTS THAT I JUST DEPOSITED. but I’m wondering if the damage looks like it’s from pests or bacteria?? I have this guy in semi-hydro under a grow light for 12 hours per day. There’s a humidifier in the room.
What is the damage from you think?

I’d rather that than pests!!! Was terrified it may be thrips
