My otherwise healthy plant has recently been losing leaves that look like this. The new smaller leaves also have a reddish tint to them. Any ideas or thoughts on what could be happening are welcome!

Make sure you're not overwatering. The leaves could just be aging out. Brand new tiny leaves do tend to have a bit of a reddish tint to them.
