Hey all! I just got this beautiful philodendron splendid and was curious if these are pests or anything i should worry about..  
if you look at the pictures you can kinda see little dot like holes, some yellow spots scattered, and there were like little sap looking drops (i washed the leaves with water so you can’t see them in the picture)  
Last thing… what kind of soil mix should i use? Currently in a mix of what looks like dirt and perlite 😂

It doesn’t look like insect damage. It could be the plant releasing excess moisture or salts.
