I just rescued this pink philo from walmart. What can I do to help it out?

Spray off dirty leaves really good, I would get rid of that soil and repot in fresh soil this way you can check plant roots, don’t disturb the roots since the plant has issues. Then if you’re not good at watering your plants correctly I would suggest using a self watering pot for this plant. The soil wants to stay moist but not soaking wet.. DO NOT USE tap water it is so harsh on these variegated plants. Put this plant on a pebble tray or give it a humidifier… then use a grow light on it 12 to 14 hours a day

It looks fine. Just QT and good light and water
