My split leaf philodendron gets this yellowing on leaves. It’s under a grow light for 12 hours. Don’t know if that is 2 much? I water when dry, started using general house plant fertilizer. Any thoughts?

Might be a pest. I see a bunch of white specks on one leaf. I’d closely examine for them.

Thanks but I wipe it down with need oil and inspected yesterday, didn’t find any pests

it could be sun spots but i’m not entirely sure

Looks like fertilizer burn to me!
