You might wanna check the roots for root rot if you don’t think overwatering is the problem. Peperomia can be extra susceptible to edema and root rot. Rotted roots are dark, mushy, and easy to damage, whereas healthy ones are firm and light in color. If it is root rot, I can walk you through how to try to save it.

After checking roots I would switch to a cactus/succulent mix.

Any update on your peperomia? Are you still looking for help with it?
