Hey guys, there is something wrong with my prayer plant, a lot of leaves fell, turned yellow or brown and I am not sure why… can you guys give me some tips?

distilled water only, and needs a lot of humidity above 55%. are you giving it bright indirect light? too much sun they hate! i find that when my plant does this it is the humidity. make sure you’re not over watering either. yellowing leaves mean that as well.

I’ve been told to not use distilled water, but to instead use spring water???

As Day already commented, they need mineral void water only. Distilled water or RO water. The other thing I might add is do not let them sit in water because they are susceptible to root rot.

What’s RO water?

Reverse osmosis water. It is a filtration system that removes all mineral content. Some people like myself have entire systems in their house. It is not a water softener system. I mostly use mine for my aquarium hobby. On a very small scale you could use a Britta filter.
