Thank you for all your advice guys❤️

I have cut her down and these are the new growths. It looks like I’ve gotten rid of (what I think was) mint rust, although I now suspect there’s something up with the soil🤔

The leaves aren’t spotting, just browning on the sides now so I’m making her a nice DIY nourishment out of composted herbal teabags😊  
I think maybe the soil is missing nutrients but lmk what you all think!

Try a smaller pot, organic mix and some fertilizer. And make sure you pinch the top leaves so you can make a busier plant. Idk if you can see from my plant I pinch the tops and instead of 1 long stem it will grow 2.
