Majesty Palm help!

I’ve had this guy for about 3 months now and he won’t stop browning :( is it normal environment shock? New growth has no brown yet, but all of the palms that were present when I received that plant have either been cut or are brown.

I mist daily, try to water every other day. Repotted about a month ago.

Actually it might be root rot because I water mine every Friday

Hmm so maybe try watering less? With these guys how can you tell when it needs to be watered?

With palms they do the same thing when you over or under water it but you said you watered it every other day which told me it was probably overwatering that’s making the plant turn brown

You might just need to cut off the dead parts of the leaves
