I have my Algeonema plant I’ve had for years and years. Anyone know what’s going wrong here?

Just looks like a battle scar to me :)  
Would keep an eye on it and see if it “spreads” but it really just looks like a battle scar. Nothing wrong with that 😊

The straight lines look like mechanical damage, battle scars as Jordan described.

The spots look like dryness from low humidity. Verify the humidity levels are within the range the plant needs.🪴🍀
