Hello I have this succulent (no one knows what it is and neither does any app) who was severely dehydrated. Probably hadn’t been watered for four months and sat in full sun. All the bright green is new growth but all her bottom leaves that were brown when I got them from lack of water are all falling off and even some that didn’t look that damaged. Is this part of her healing or should I be worried? Here’s her now, and then some of the leaves that fell ALL THIS MORNING ☹️.

She looks like she's doing OK. Just don't overcompensate and water too much.

I’ve been watering her as often as the water meter says 0% moisture but that’s pretty frequent maybe every two weeks. Is that okay?

Yeah. Let succulents dry out between waterings. You may also want a smaller pot. They have small roots usually \& like to be snug. I also find terra cotta pots work really well for me because they lets the soil dry out better. I use a chunky soil mix for the same reason. And a wooden skewer stick instead of a moisturizer meter. Same principle as when you are baking a cake. If it comes out wet/damp, it’s not ready yet. 😁
