Hi! My flamingo lily is losing leaves :( The app says it’s been overwatered. I’m seeing dry and crispy leaves as well as some being discolored and yellow.

For a while, it was placed near a heater which I assumed left it under-watered/dried out. It has been relocated now, so I’m surprised to see it diagnosed as over-watered.

I give it 6 ice cubes once a week as instructed by the packaging it came with.

I plan to resoil it in the next few days. Looking for feedback!

ice cold water can shock the root system of tropical plants. the leaves look to be damaged by cold and possibly overwatering. when it’s time to water, i would recommend taking the plant out of the cover pot and gently flushing the soil with water that’s at least 65° to avoid shocking the roots. water for your plants shouldn’t feel cold at all to your hands.
the damaged leaves won’t recover but if taken care of properly your plant should be just fine. when you say resoil do you mean you’ll be repotting the plant?

That’s helpful, thank you !
