Hello! I was wondering if anyone had any advice with this plant here. It’s been struggling and seemed to be dying for a few years but earlier this year a new growth unexpectedly happened. But I don’t know what to do. Any advice is really appreciated! Thank you!

ok you can remove that new green growth and start over — but wow the way this corked and developed these colors is really cool I’d almost want to leave it!
