It could be overwatered or sun scorched. I would guess too much water based on the yellowing on the smallest leaves. Edema can look like this too. Overwatering can cause edema. 🪴🍀

i didn’t even think about this ! especially since it’s in a self watering pot

If it’s crunchy, it’s sun scorch, if it’s mushy, the plant is over watered/might have root rot!
