Please help my fiddle is going through it. Had 3 new leaves at top and now I have dropped two old ones from top

Check the roots!  
Are they filling up the entire pot? REPOT!  
Are they mushy and easily pulled off?  
Cut off all mushy roots and soak remaining roots in a hydrogen peroxide water solution and repot into clean new soil.

It’s tall. I’d give it a chop. Maybe half the plant. It’s healthy for it. And it may branch out and look more like a tree.

Awesome thank you both. My roots aren’t mushy but it is rebound
