2 part question

1\. Snake plant that has been doing amazing. Always been In a south facing window, is now turning brown. I’ve been gone for 3 1/2 days , due to the blinds being open my apt heated up to 75 degrees which I don’t think is the cause for my leaf turning brown. Checked the roots and they look fine.

2\. I have an elephant ear plant in Leca (it’s been 2ish weeks) . Just now checked on her and she is growing furry roots. Is this good?

Not sure about the first one, but the roots for the second are normal
