# Hello! Newbie here, hoping to get some input on a couple plants.…

Hello! Newbie here, hoping to get some input on a couple plants. First is a jalapeño plant. My first flower is dying before the second one even starts to bloom. Am I doing something wrong? Is it normal for the flowers to die so fast? My first time growing any peppers.

Second one is a squash plant. As you can see in the second picture, some of the leaves are looking rough on the edges. Almost look burnt/real dry. Is it getting too much sun? Not enough water?

Both plants are in a raised garden bed and in full light area. Any help is appreciated!
