I recently made a post asking if these webs were spider webs or mealy bugs and someone said spider mites but I haven't seen any, are these spider webs or are the mites hiding?

Spider mites usually make webs where the petiole and leaf meet and not the soil. This is spider web to me. If you don’t see any dust or white specs on the leaves, you don’t have mites.
