Hi everyone, a friend gifted me a clipping of their plant, and for months it’s been growing really well, but all of a sudden these base leaves are beginning to yellow. Am I overwatering or is it overexposed to light? Or something else I might be overlooking?

Did your clipping have good roots? I am trying to restart mine. I think I overwatered it so waiting for my clippings to grow descent roots before transplanting.
