What is wrong with this plant?

I repotted it a few months ago and this has been happening ever since.

Probably repot stress, check the roots, if they’re fine, it’s probably fine

After several months of decline, the key questions are:  
• Was the plant repotted for root growth? If so, was the watering schedule adjusted?  
• Is it still in the same location, and is the sunlight sufficient?  
• How is the airflow, humidity, and nutrient availability?

I recommend doing a full assessment to identify any major changes. Based on what you find, you can target the right solution.
