# Why is my aloe losing its color?! I recently moved it outside for it…

Why is my aloe losing its color?! I recently moved it outside for it to get more sun. It’s been around the same temps as inside. Does it need water or fertilizer? Please help i really like this plant. Thanks!

If you greatly increased the amount of sun it was getting, it may be in shock. This happened to an aloe of mine when I moved it from bright to direct sunlight. Even if it’s the same temperature, just the increase in light might do some damage if you didn’t transition it gradually. Good luck! 🙂
