# I can seem to keep most plants alive but not sure about this olive…

I can seem to keep most plants alive but not sure about this olive tree. It was gifted to me by my landlord. She dropped it off a couple weeks ago. It looked great then. But the leaves keep falling off and not sure how to fix it. Help please!

Either it's deciduous and wants a winter dormancy, or it's super thirsty
