Help!!! My little zebra plant (aphelandra) is not doing well! I went to check on her water and this entire top part fell off. Her leaves are browning, how do I fix this??? Madonna is one of my favorite plants. Please tell me I can fix her!

Looks like a classic case of overwatering. Do you leave it constantly in that jug with the bottom of the pot immersed in water?
