My pachira has a mushroom and not sure what to do should I change soil completely or just take mushroom out. It's my first time having a problem like this. Any advice would be much appreciated

I had a small mushroom like that, that means your soil is living and healthy

Thank you would you recommend to remove it

Soil is a living community - you can remove it if you want to but the fungal network in the soil (of which this mushroom is just the "fruiting body") is important for your plant's health. You can just enjoy your temporary friend 😁
