Can anyone help me with some advice about what is happening to my monstera and how I can fix it please!

Oh my god they are! I didn’t even notice!! Do you know how to fix it?!

So from what I can see, it’s either a really bad infestation of thirps of spider mites, both pretty bad, what I would do right now is get in the shower and spray the living daylights out of it, and then from then on I would look online for a decent pesticide, neem oil works to some degree too, if you don’t like chemicals like me, you can just wipe the leaves after you water it and hopefully after a while they will start dying out

TBH, unless there’s some sentimental value, I’d chuck it and get a new one. A plant of that size is ~$25. Both thrips and mites are hard to get rid of and will spread to other plants. Thrips lay their eggs in the actual plant, so even spraying down AND replacing the soil doesn’t necessarily fix the problem.
