So I found these white things at the bottom of my pot. PLEASE HELP I AM SCARED  
-small  
-long (not balls)  
\- not fuzzy  
\- moving  
\- falling when pot picked up  
PLEASE help they scare me

Looks like Springtails. Search it on Google and see if it looks like the ones you have... good news is that they are supposed to be harmless but I would be so scared too to have them inside my house 😱😨😰

Like the comment on top said, they are probably springtails, and kinda ur best friend in the plant world as they are great decomposes

If they jump when disturbed, they’re probably springtails, I’ve had them as well and just left them in my soil because they eat pests. The only other thing I can think of is mealy bugs, but those are usually bigger.
