HELP!!  
I’ve had my ghost plant for awhile now… I got him not very healthy and I’ve tried to keep him alive but he keeps going downhill, please help I need tips. I’ve tried so much ways.

Hi Kristen, a few things I’m noticing is this pot is probably too large. Succulents grow really shallow roots that spread wider instead of deeper. The soil also looks very wet, probably too much organic matter in this mix. They do really well in sandy/loamy/rocky mixes because they don’t like wet roots.

If I were you I would repot, I’ll post more info on that.

i would remove everything that’s brown/mushy/crunchy too. that’ll give you a better idea of what’s actually growing and what isn’t

Yes! Only keep the green rosettes anything that’s looking rough id just cut that stem
