Does anyone know how to help my Philodendron? I make sure it’s not overwatered, but it looks pale and wilted.

Is that just an old leaf? If it is a new leaf, maybe needs fertilizer? It has very nice variegation.

What kind of light does it currently receive? If you’re using a window, what direction does it face, how far does the plant sit from it, and is it obstructed at all (i.e trees blocking some light)?

It’s next to a west-facing window, but only gets super direct light in the evening. There’s still a lot of new growth, but also dying leaves

It looks fine to me. Sometimes a few leaves do that. I've had mine for many years and mine does the same thing (some of the leaves turn yellowish brown. I just take them off and everything is fine.
