# Hello, my money tree has yellow/brown / falling leaves, but also has…

Hello, my money tree has yellow/brown / falling leaves, but also has NEW growth at the top. It seems like it’s the lower leaves that are damaged. She gets southeast sun throughout the day. I’m not sure if I’m misting too much, or over watering. I’m in CO, and our air is so dry.

I’m in Colorado and also having the same issue! I wonder if it’s just how dry it is here? I have mine next to a humidifier but it still seems unhappy.
