Flower but unknown what the spots are, don’t think I’ve seen spots on the flowers I’ve had, but could be mistaken , unless that’s the seed part showing through

i agree it looks like the pattern of the seeds underneath, like it dried out a little or something

yeah its just a dried out flower, just chop it off, it will be fine
