Possibly thrips :/

I agree with MegaPLANT\<3. Most likely thrips or spider mites.

It would be good to wash the plant off completely and once dried start treating it with neem oil once a week for the next 4-6 weeks.

If you use neem oil be sure to avoid putting the plant in direct sun.
