# I got this orchid on clearance as it had three leaves, two green and…

I got this orchid on clearance as it had three leaves, two green and one like the brown one here. I had to pluck that one a couple days ago, it was barely holding on as is. But now of one of the last two leaves are browning and discoloring. And the greener leaf looks like it’s turning brown slightly. Does anyone maybe know what’s causing this? Does this orchid need a bigger pot? Maybe root rot?

I would check the roots, remove any nasty ones and repot it back into an orchid pot with orchid bark so the roots get plenty of air.  
My orchid only became really happy after I did that.  
A more open pot also made it way easier to see when her roots turned silver and she needed a soak. 💚 🪴
