Hi guys, I just got this money tree and these spots have shown up and the other side has some droopy sad looking leaves. Any advice?

I'm battling thrips at the moment on a lot of my plants. They have caused 'burn' like marks similar to yours. Look out for miniscule long thin black thrips, black poo droplets and damage under leaf. I've been using an insecticide, but most people use a neem oil mixture to get ride of them
