my parlor palm is starting to lean and seems to be a bit loose in the pot, and the roots have grown outside drainage holes in nursery pot and seem to be rotting. would love some guidance as how to fix this problem!

My parlor palm is happy in an all purpose potting soil!

Also if the roots are rotting before repotting trim off any rotting roots with clean shears!
