# Hello all, I’ve had this gollum jade for a bit now and the last few…

Hello all, I’ve had this gollum jade for a bit now and the last few months it’s had this white fuzzy thing happening, and when I try to clean it with a qtip and water it comes right back. Does anyone know what this is and how I fix it? Thanks!

It might be fungus or mealy bugs. Mine got something similar and I tried treating it with neem oil, but it still died. My advice is to try to look for a different safe insecticide or fungicide. And make sure the humidity isn’t too high, maybe move it to a place with better airflow
