spots like this appeared on older leaves, thought it was sunburn but leaves not near the sun ,,, help please !

What do your other leaves look like? Someone correct me if I’m off, but it looks an awful lot like one of these guys

Oh yes it is a maranta Kerchoveana Im so sorry I forgot to write in post 🤦🏽‍♂️.  
The rest of the leaves look really healthy , I’ve noticed the spots on bottom leaves near soil , also on yellow leaf but I think that’s just old leaf dying
