There would be lots of mites on the webbing if it is a spider mite infestation.

I can't see the webbing very well in the photos, but I think it looks like a regular spider? I found this helpful comment on reddit a while back that stopped me from treating for spider mites when I just had a house spider webbing up a few of my plants lol
