Use mosquito bits and sticky traps ### chya worms님이 2024-07-03에 댓글을 남겼어요. sticky traps RULE for this, it’ll kill your adult flies. for the egg bros in the soil, if hydrogen peroxide didn’t work, try using a dish soap solution. rinse your whole plant down before planting in new soil also :) ### JDW님이 2024-07-03에 댓글을 남겼어요. I have a plug in light sticky trap, sticky traps for each plant and I just repotted and mixed mosquito bits in the soil and watered them all with mosquito bit “tea” ### ToriTheLibraryLady님이 2024-07-04에 댓글을 남겼어요. Let soil dry out as much as possible and spray top of soil with hydrogen peroxide/water 1:4 mix. Be careful not to spray your plants. I did this a couple of times and the gnats were gone. 👍🏼😊 ### Planty28님이 2024-07-04에 댓글을 남겼어요. I use mosquito dunks in my watering can, let them soak at least 24 hours and never stop using it! One dunk will last about 30 days when continually refilling my 1.5 gallon jug. I’ve been doing it for over 2 years and only time I’ll see one is when it’s getting close to changing the dunk! I also use diatomaceous earth in my soil and a natural insecticide from a company called Bios. The trick is to kill the larvae as well as the adults, or else the problem will persist. And sprinkle cinnamon on top to hopefully prevent the gnats from landing in the soil again once you’ve treated with any insecticides 😊 ### Newly obsessed님이 2024-07-04에 댓글을 남겼어요. I had major gnat problems last year and the best advice I got was to put down the watering can and let that baby FULLY dry out, the gnats eat the fungus from the wet soil so if it’s dry they have nothing to eat. then yellow sticky traps in every single plant. I also found that there were one or two plants that were causing the biggest issues….
