# Recently chopped this philo melanochrysum to prop and without…

Recently chopped this philo melanochrysum to prop and without thinking i put it back in my cabinet (usually 80ish % humidity) and this happened… is it fine, should i cut it back a little and let it callous..?!

Note: the plant is currently out of the cabinet, was going to leave it out for a few days to see if that helps

I would absolutely cut this and spray/dab it with some peroxide and cross my fingers

^^ i would also keep it out at least until it starts to get some growth from the nub and isnt open to air
