# Hi! I just recently potted this glorious beast after being in water…

_Postat av Brianna Miller den 2025-02-24_

Hi! I just recently potted this glorious beast after being in water for like 8 months. I’m so scared of her dying and I knew I should have just kept her in water where she was happy. But is there anything anybody can recommend to me to help this plant thrive. The first sign of decline is that the left side of the smaller leaf is turning yellow/ lighter green.

You could lose the leaves. They typically grow back.

Give it good lighting. Low light can cause yellowing.

Water after the soil dries down to avoid root rot.

Fertilize with liquid fertilizer once a month. I recommend adding SuperThrive plant vitamins to the fertilizer water. You can also add rooting hormone powder to the soil. 🪴🍀
