# I’ve been having some difficulty with my African violet for a while…

I’ve been having some difficulty with my African violet for a while now. It started looking like this when it was still indoors so I thought it needed more sun and once it was warm enough I put it outside and even repotted it a few days ago but it’s still not doing well. I water it once or twice a week, not sure if thats too frequent. Not sure what’s going on and why.

Your violet may actually need more water, they really like moist soil and bottom watering is best as to not get any water on the leaves because that will cause rot.
