Does anyone have any advice on how to keep a small rootless aloe vera alive? I already tried soaking in water, and plant food with moisture soil and it still hasn't grown roots.

As long as there is no rot you should be able to plant it in sandy soil and mist it. Soaking it in water actually prevents roots from growing. Succulents actually need a lack of water to send out roots “in search” of moisture.

Thank you!

If the rooting part is wet I would let it dry out for 2 or 3 days before planting it in a well-draining soil. A little rooting hormone might help as well.
