Uhhhhhh this just came out of the hole in my nerogelia. Its new leaves are turning brown and crisp suddenly but the THING I pulled out is wet. Help. I love this plant.

Maybe. But I never saw a flower come out

Perhaps it dried up before it could. Or potentially got wet in the centre and rotted away
