May be at the end of the pest and problems with my Chinese Evergreen.

She’s been repotted, watered, snipped, treated with neem oil, given a fair amount of indirect light and I finally have new growth.

Now I’m wondering, if these leaves are fairly translucent or poor quality - where am I going wrong?

I’m going to buy a humidifier since I live in quite a dry space. I’m currently misting the leaves every 3 or 4 days with lukewarm water.

Could just be the extra moisture from all the treatments. It should settle down with time. Especially if you’re hosing your plant off you’re likely getting the soil (it’s kind of difficult to not). I’m speculating you have some edema - this should go away once your soil moisture returns to “normal”
