Cut off all the dead roots. Might want to spray the remaining roots with hydrogen peroxide. Pot into a chunky orchid mix. I always like to use a clear plastic pot with good air flow. Water with lukewarm water when the roots look gray.

if you tend to overwater go with orchid bark — if you forget to water, go with sphag moss as it retains moisture a bit longer.
