Anyone know what's going on with my raindrop peperomia? Under a grow light 14 hours a day, fertilize and water regularly, soil is a little damp but not wet. No recent repot or movement.

Where the damage is long, straight lines, it could be some sort of pest. It could also be edema caused by watering too frequently. It's difficult to tell
