Guys please help. My calathea looks like it’s growing mold and has a leaf that’s shriveling. I just watered it but I don’t know what else to do.

That looks like it might be the early beginnings of a flowerpot parasol mushroom. They're harmless to plants and make sort of a fuzzy coating of the whole soil before they bloom. If you're worried about it though, you can treat it with a little bit of hydrogen peroxide
